The little puppy was a lovely companion for my 18 year old cat Sam. After my spouse passed he was lonely when I was out of the house. He didn’t care about the heartbeat or the heat, he just seemed to like the softness.

My pup DOES fall asleep with him new friend and I do think it has a great affect on him, however I’m not sure how much of that is due to it being a soft/snuggly toy vs. having the beating heart.He likes to bite/rip right at the spot where the heart is, but hasn’t broken through it yet (had it 4 days). He also likes to rough house with it in the mornings, so it’s not JUST a sleep-time toy.Whatever the reason for him liking it though, it has made him more easy to get in his crate (he’ll chase it in when I throw it) and he’s even stater bringing the toy in/out throughout the day for play and nap time. He’s also sleeping better and better at night, not necessarily because of the toy, but this toy was the first step in getting him to feel less alone in the crate he sleeps in!

it was very soft. I didn’t end up using the heartbeat, but I actually put one of my old T-shirts on it and a blanket and the kitten loved it. He’s only three weeks old. He is a foster kitten and I am a foster mom and this is a great tool for your kittens! you can even put a warming pad/insert inside instead of a heartbeat

The media could not be loaded. I initially got this because I had a single kitty (2 months old) by himself. I felt bad because he didn’t have anyone else so I got him this to cuddle. 2 months later I noticed that he didn’t really cuddle with it but mostly to bite and play with it (see video). I still think it’s serving its purpose to cure his boredom lol. He’s so cute with it and keeps going back to play with it multiple times a day. I have the heartbeat on most times but I feel like at this point it doesn’t matter as much lol. With all the tough play it’s still intact! No funny smells and I have it to my kitten right out of the box. The heartbeat feature might be a little gimmicky but he does really seem to love it and play with it a lot so I think its worth it/ to try. Batteries are included and it says that it can run for 2 weeks straight when turned on.

I have two kittens just 6 days old and thought this would help comfort them as they were abandoned at a day old..The babies got so stressed rooting for nipples to suckle that I had to pull it out and give a feed to calm them. It's a great concept and I'll try again later when they can go longer in between feeds to see how they go. In the meantime I took the heartbeat thing out and put it under their bedding. They are calm now.

I got this for my baby kitten when he had to be quarantined in a confined space and was really sick. We weren’t able to hold him— but he was only a few weeks old, and he desperately craved love and physical touch— it was so painful not to be able to snuggle him or give him the comfort he needed, so I bought him this calmeroo. 🥹 Not only did it work, but he immediately calmed down, stopped crying, and started to actually sleep for the first time in a week. This little calmeroo became our kitten’s companion during such a rough time, where he almost didn't make it. He snuggled up next to the calmeroo every time he’d go to sleep, and then, once he started feeling better, he even started to wrestle the calmeroo! When I find pictures, I’ll update my review with them. I firmly believe that this calmeroo cat helped heal my kitten, who is doing very well today. 🙏🏻 Best purchase ever. I would hands down, recommend. If you’re thinking of it, don’t even hesitate purchasing.
