Yes they come on stands that have their combat values for the game

Do they come with cards, or are they older clix?

I believe they come with cards. But am not 100% sure. I never opened it. I only used it as a display piece for Halloween.

The game pieces/figures are about an 1 1/2 - 2 inches tall.
