How do 48 pods make 24 cups?

Because in one pod comes de milk and in the other comes the chocolate. In some cases like the Cafe au Lait (cofee and milk) there comes 48 and makes 48 cups because the milk and coffee comes toghether in the pod.

do they make any of these pods for iced coffee?

I make it into ice coffee. Just use a larger cup, fill the cup with ice and make a medium sized cup. Works great. I add sugar before brewing because it dissolved better.

Are these capsules good for the dolce gusto kp2100?

From my understanding there is only one pod you can use in the Dolce Gusto machines. They are shallower than the kcups but more intense flavor. Hope this helps.
