I love this pan! I always apply baking goop or a baking spray and have had no issues with cake release unless I wasn’t patient with the cooling time. It’s important to let most of the heat escape, ofc. 😅 This pan has never leaked on me and is the perfect size for most of my pound cakes. Because it’s non-stick, I only hand wash and air dry to avoid rust and maintain its appearance. I’ve put some miles on it and think it’ll be good for some time! Couldn’t find a pic of the cake before I took it out of the pan. 🤭

I LOVE this pan! I started making my mom's famous pound cake, and she always used an angel food pan. My sister got the pan, so I had to find a new one. I thought this was one piece when I ordered it, however I'm glad I was wrong. The insert makes it super easy to take the cake out. Nothing has ever leaked out, which I was worried about when I first used it. Every cake I made with this pan has turned out perfectly cooked. I made the exact same cake in a different pan a couple times while I was away. I picked up a similar pan and I thought it was the same material. I was wrong. Those cakes stuck to the crappy pan and cooked the cake unevenly. This will be the only pan I make my pound cake in. I am very careful to follow the directions to preserve the non-stick properties of the pan, and after several dozen uses, it still looks brand new.

My wife bakes pound cakes for her family during the holidays and other occasions, such as Mother's Day, Reunions and the like. Recently, her Cakes began sticking to her Tube Cake Pan that Shes' used forever and it ruined one. I scoured Amazon for a replacement and looked at hundreds of reviews before buying this pan. The overwhelming number of positive reviews in regard to Non-Stick and even heat distribution sold me. Her first cake in the new pan was perfect. No sticking and perfectly baked. Cleanup was also much easier, due to no cake residue left on pan. Get this pan. You won't regret it.

Bakes perfectly. However in spite of being nonstick you will still need to grease the pan for easier release of the cake.

Very good quality. I baked a bread and it came out very evenly baked. The pan was completely clean, like not used.
