Such a cute little clock! I've gotten nice comments on it ever since I hung it on the wall. The product description is thorough: it is made of plastic, but looks like wood (I got the red one), and the size is clearly marked: so I was fully aware of what I was getting (I'm saying this because of reviews complaining of the size and material). For a relatively inexpensive clock that looks nice/cute and tells time like I need it to, I'm very pleased! Pendulum: it operates silently, and swings a bit fast; it seems to do two full sets (back, forth, back, forth) per second. I opened the back in order to install the pendulum (they note you can do that or try to snap it in through an opening, but the latter was too difficult): NOTE - I did clean/scrape off a plastic "bump" that was making it difficult to snap the pendulum on. I just carefully removed the excess plastic with a flathead screwdriver.

After doing much research looking for the perfect clock I decided on the Clockwise vintage grandfather wall clock in white. The clock arrived 3 days after I purchased it and it was in the original packaging with a picture of the clock on the outside of the box. It was well packaged between styrofoam layers. I absolutely love the look of this clock as it has at heirloom vintage look and is only 16 in tall. I ordered it in white and it has a very light dusting of gold paint over the white paint giving it a distressed look. It's not made of wood but of a quality plastic material and the pendulum is also plastic but looks like metal. What I really like is the etching on the glass that gives it that antique look. It uses one AA battery that does not come with the clock and unlike other clocks, this one is totally silent and does not make a ticking sound. In order to attach the pendulum you must remove the back of the clock which has six tiny screws so you'll need a very small Phillips screwdriver. This didn't come easy for my senior fingers but I have patience and aside from it taking some time to remove the back, install the pendulum properly, put the battery in and then replace the back of the clock wasn't difficult just time-consuming. I love watching the pendulum swing and so far it keeps perfect time. This would be a great gift for someone and it comes in several different colors and the price is very reasonable for the quality. Hopefully it will bring me many years of joy. I hope this information has been helpful for you.

Well my rating is 4.5/5 . First of All ! Can I just take a moment to appreciate how cute this little clock is !! 🥰🥰🥰 Love it !! It is sure to brighten up your wall and add a touch of elegance to the room decor ! It did for mine, for sure ! The size is a little bit on the smaller end , but that doesn’t bother me because I couldn’t have asked for a better clock , in the price that this has . Accuracy : It is battery operated which are not included in the package and until now we have had no problems with the Accuracy of the time that this displays. Just wished that they included at least 2 batteries to get it started! It was pretty easy to set up , the pendulum shaft comes unattached and you need to attach it to the upper part which is the actual clock! I guess the instruction manual could’ve been a bit better , because we did go through one or two hiccups while attaching it ! That’s why I gave it 4 stars. Readability: As for readability , we don’t have any issues with it, but I guess since the circumference of the click is a bit on the smaller end, someone with eyesight issues might complain about the readability part, especially at night ! Performance: overall I am more than satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others, considering the affordable price and appearance of the clock.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I get that it’s cheaply made but it DOESN’T work!!!! It does not keep time!!!! I wouldn’t recommend it!😢😭

This clock is so cute. Perfect size for my space. Good quality. Color yellow is exact. Easy to put together. You do have to remove the back to put the pendulum in place. I would buy again and highly recommend this product.

Cheaply made. Could not get the pendulum to stay attached. It is cute but not what I wanted.

this is a pretty little clock. Good price too. Because you would be paying a lot more, most likely in hundred range, for real wood. It looks good on the wall. I love clocks. Downside. The pendulum, they could have done a better job on that one. I used black electrical tape to keep it attached. I also might add, the manufacture should put more instructions with it. Explaining what the white plastic star is actually for, a customer said it was to hang the clock on. But all in all I am satisfied.

Fully plastic,very light. Can break easily. Face is off center. 10 tiny screws in the back that must be removed to put the pendulum. Pendulum does not stay on the hook easily when trying to close back up. Keeping bc it works for what I need but it is cheap and poor quality. Be aware
