This mat is comfortable for long sessions at my standing desk, and the smaller size just fits the available space, so it's a good fit. My one gripe is that the mat creeps across the thin carpet of my office and I have to reposition it two or three times a day.

This mat is fantastic for my standing desk at work AND at home. I will admit that both mats are used on top of carpet, so I can't verify the non-slip aspect, but the bottom has a rubber base that appears it would grip a smooth surface. I'd read quite a few mat reviews prior to selecting this one and I can assure you that both mats arrived FLAT with no notable odor.
