Great balance of value, quality, function, and appearance. My cooking knives are all Henckles/Zwilling of the same handle style, and I’m kinda mental about matching. The teeth aren’t so close that you can’t sharpen, unlike the knives that basically become useless once the pin-size teeth get dull. Nice weight balance and I trust the durability of the brand.

Je cherchais désespérenment des couteaux à steak qui vont au lave-vaisselle. Je ne peux toujours pas comprendre qu'ils ne sont pas tous faits ainsi ("allant au lave-vaisselle"), mais bon, j'ai trouvé ces couteaux. Après deux ou trois lavages, je confirme, ces couteaux vont au lave-vaisselle, et sont facile et agréables à manier ainsi que très tranchants.
