Global Furniture Bar Table, Clear/Black/Chrome

I am very difficult to please and I have a very discerning palate. I have been looking for approximately three months for the right table for the space in my home when I came across this table. Of course I read all of the reviews and actually sat on this item, in my list, for about a week before I pulled the trigger and purchased it. The sellers must be watching the reviews too because all of the negative reviews were not the case for me (so they improved on all the issues). The table was packaged very well. The quality was very good and I felt I got a very good deal for the price. The table was very easy to assemble (my daughter and I put it together in less than 20 minutes) and there were no flaws anywhere on any of the pieces.Pros: very nice glass top and marble base, perfect for a three chair, bar stool height configuration (this is what I needed for my space) but will work with 2 chairs as well (not suitable for more than 3 chairs), sturdy enough for 3 people.Cons: I have not found anything negative but I am using it as a supplemental table in my kitchen area (small space does not allow for a real nook table) and I think it is perfect for this purpose.For the price and quality, I would highly recommend this table.

TABLE REVIEWA glass top is color neutral and can go with any chairs, which is why I chose this particular table.The glass top connectors for the chrome legs is well engineered and aesthetically pleasing.The base is solid marble and is extremely heavy, so the table is well grounded.The height is not adjustable, so make sure that not only the fixed height of the table is to your liking, but that your existing or yet to be purchased chairs can complement the table height.SHIPPING ISSUES: The first one I received did not have the glass top! Come on Amazon, really? The second one I received had the glass top, but did not have the 3 rods that connect the base to the glass. The boxes themselves were pretty beat up, not from UPS, but prior to even being packed. Luckily by the time the replacement arrived, I still had the original and I was able to assemble the table using parts from both packages.

Very well packaged. First one I got had a broken base which had been patched up, so they already knew it was broken when shipping it to me and this made me angry. I called the seller and the lady I talked to told me they only deal with companies, not individuals, and was not willing to discuss anything with me. I called Amazon and the lady I talked to was very helpful, and she arranged to send me another one. I'm giving five stars because of the actions of the Amazon representative, and the fact that I really do love the table. It's very easy to assemble, magnificent piece of furniture, and worth it's price. Very sturdy too

Upon arrival, base was broken in half and glass top was shattered.l to pieces. Packaging could be much better with labels, “FRAGILE”. Before ordering, I was concerned because of others reviews of the same that had happened to them. But we were looking for a small table with a classy look and this was the one. Nevertheless, I’m giving it 5 stars, because as soon as I contacted Amazon, seller sent new replacement items. After receiving replacement parts and assembling table, it looks great. Small enough to be intimate yet large enough for two people to have a cup and an iPad, tablet or book on table.

No screws was added to this shipment it’s very frustrating we have to go and find some screws that may possibly assemble this table together I’m over itI reached our directly to the company and I was advised I will contact mama so because they won’t be able to assist since I purchased through amazon I’m very annoyed

PROS: Attractive, sturdy, descent price, visually does not take up a lot of space, great packagingCONS: Even though I am short, this table seems very tall... even for a bar table. Make sure you have very high or at least adjustable bar stools. If you are very tall, then this will be perfect for you.

This table is perfect in my basement, which is set up mostly pub style. This was a great buy. It's sturdy and looks great with two bar stools!

Perfect for my kitchen. The marble bottom has sturdy steel rods holding the thick glass making it a quality table.
