Why so overpriced for a new release? Released december 16th, yet its only available at double retail price?

Hello, We do not want to speak for others, but the 50th anniversary are very hard to find. I just checked, other sellers do have them for less. Good luck.

does the helmet come off?

No it does not. There isn’t any head under. It’s just a helmet. Thank you
