What is beef puzzle? I bought because it was part of a sale and this said long lasting chew. It's a chew made from the male parts of a bull. Eww no wonder it stinks.

I searched long to find a healthy, excellent sourced product that would work for both my dogs. These fit the bill and did not disappoint me! First, I did not want zero-odor sticks b/c my dogs lost interest in the other brand (and no-odor are processed more!). HOWEVER, I did not find these too smelly...on the contrary...they have just enough of a scent to interest my dogs, and I can only smell them if I put my nose right up to them. Next, I found the size is just perfect. My 4-month old sheprador is a heavy chewer but struggles with something overly thick like a jumbo size (these are manageable for him). On the other hand, my 9-year-old hound, (who chewed up the other brand of bully stick in a matter of 5 minutes) was still working on this one after 15 minutes. At that point, he decided he liked it so much that he hid his and tried to steal the pup's stick! {Good thing I was supervising...lol]. I am extremely satisfied and will continue to buy this product!

My 1 year-old Golden got these for a birthday gift. He is a moderately aggressive chewer. The stick lasted him over an hour and he wore himself out playing with it. These things really stink though. So be prepared for that while they are chewing them. It also gave him gas. Yay. One worrisome issue is that he swallowed a well softened piece that was about 2" long in one shot. I was monitoring him while he was playing, but it happened in an instant. I assume it dissolved in his stomach, as there was no mass in his stool. He seems fine, but I guess I need to pull the product from him early before this happens again. That is a bummer, since these things are not cheap.

Dog enjoyed them

My dogs loved the flavor! I was looking for chews which they could chew for at least a few hours to keep them busy. Unfortunately my Husky and Golden devoured them within 15 min! I did get medium size thinking they are not as aggressive chewers such as Rotties, Pitts ect...Based on price I will not be buying them again. Wanting to find something to occupy them in house between walks..
