Q: What is the distance from the ground to the bottom of the deck?

3.5" from the floor to the bottom of the deck and 4" from the floor to the top of the deck, pretty high actually comparing to other similar scooters.

The T-bar in the middle is very loose and the bolts underneath it won't tighten anymore. Should it be like that?
