Ingredients Milk Review: Good grains for great gut health - I got these grains a few months ago and they’re great. I stopped counting after I’d made 40 batches! They have multiplied so I’ve also given grains to friends. I now put the grains in a plastic tea strainer: 18g per 180g milk, in an old water bottle. I leave the lid slightly open and leave the bottle on my kitchen counter for 24 hours. I know it’s ready when there are lumpy curds - these soon smooth out with a stir. I always have 2 on the go so I can have kefir every morning. I put chia seeds, sweet cinnamon, collagen powder and fresh fruit in it. Good for your gut!
