The backpack arrived quickly and in overall good shape! The backpack had more room than I thought it would which was great, and it was sturdy! It was very cute and it included plushies and pins.The paper picture came ripped, and one of the pins broke, but overall I think it was worth the money!

Cute backpack but it arrives with all the straps that are used to adjust just dangling loose.

Well, bought this for my 4th graders. Used it for school backpack.She loves it . Until today from school the zipper is broke and can't fix it. I wish it is last long just bought it not long time ago. 😪I have to look for the new backpack for her again.Update *03/272023I 've got the massage from the seller.Thanks for responding to us. First things first. I will get straight to the point and later describe my personal experience with the backpack and the costumer service.The backpack is great quality, theres a pocket inside for a laptop and it provides smaller pockets for things like pencils and chargers, at the back theres a smaller pocket for maybe your phone. And the front pockets are very nice and look very good.Ok now with my personal experience. I bought the backpack a month ago, note that i was struggling already with picking a cheap yet good backpack for school for a long time. I saw this one and i really wanted it because i thought it looked good, so i bought it. Later in the month i kept thinking about it and if i should cancel the order (im a shy person so the more i thought about it the more i got anxious due to the fact that the backpack was very outgoing looking and cute,i didn’t want to make myself stand out. This is my personal problem) of course being me i forgot i had purchased the backpack, and when my father told me it arrived i filled for a return. Note that nothing at all was wrong with the product, i really liked it but i knew that it would take a while for me to get used to it and to wear it outside of my house since i dont want any attention (not even good or bad attention) i filled for a return and a refund, and well… even though the shipping said it was free the postal place was charging me a butt load of money to return it. So i contacted the seller and they were extremely kind about it. If im being honest they had the best costumer service I’ve ever seen on amazon. Of course they got my problem fixed, and the costumer service was so good that it got me wanting to right a review on it because they truly need to be praised for it, from their understanding of my e, from how quick they responded to my messages, and for the overall kindness they showed during the whole process, AND because if the great quality of the product, i truly will give you the thumbs up and i really want to ket you know that this seller is very trustworthy and the product is really good.

I received this product after waiting for a month. I wanted to get this backpack because I thought it looked really cute. However the product I received wasn't like the one in the picture. According to other reviews, the backpack comes with all the accessories (the two key chains, pins, and decorative cards). This was not the case for me. It only came with the two key chains, a bear and a cow. I kind of disappointed because a lot of the cuteness is removed when the key chains and decorative cards are not there. The backpack also seemed kind of dirty, lint and food crumbs everywhere. Luckily, I was able to clean it up a bit. I wouldn't say that this backpack is high quality, but I wouldn't say it's trash either. It's okay. The backpack buckle is transparent, and not black like in the picture. The water bottle pocket doesn't have an elastic at the top to expand like in the picture either. Overall, I am kind of disappointed that I didn't get exactly what I paid for, but it's better than some backpacks I've used in the past. It's also pretty aesthetic and has lots of pockets which is good. I also can't return since I'm starting school soon.Edit: One of the two zippers on the main compartment broke.

I love it it’s amazing so many stuff can be in there and it’s never to heavy or light on your shoulders

This backpack is so adorable. My daughter is 11 and she loved it. However, within a couple of months, the zippers broke when she was at school. I was able to get both zippers back on. However, one of the zippers broke again. Also, the backpack unzips itself. Luckily the school year is almost over.
