I’ve been using this all winter and it’s the best thing I’ve ever purchased. It is so nice, soft and warm! Absolutely perfect for relaxing and sleeping! Takes literally 1 minute for it to warm up! I also love that the pillow turns off after some time, that way I can fall asleep without worrying about the pillow being on all Night! Would 100% record this pillow to anyone!

Both my Daughter and Son have problems with back ache, I read reviews and decided to buy this cushion for my daughter and it was one of the best decisions I made, she loves it and says it has really helped . It is so easy to use and heat is instant and has 6 modes. On this result bought another one for my son and one for when they visit me.

Bought on 10/3/25 stopped working on 28/4/25. Window closed for return on 12/4/25. Really good while it worked but I want a refund as it was only functioning for 6 weeks. Please let me know how to return it for a refund. Not happy.

I use a heated cushion to ease back pain. This is soft but a bit on the bouncy side. I would have preferred something with more give. Really I think I need something inbetween a pad and a pillowThere are 6 heat settings - not 3 as it says in some of the description. My previous product had 3. No 5 on this is around the same no 2 on the other. The description also says you can set the automatic switch off time but you can't. The booklet says it's 2 hours approximately. Will edit this after more use.

Does what it says it does. Good value if your in pain.

I have spinal issues & an aggressive form of rheumatoid arthritis, my neck can especially give me serious jip.I ordered the pillow after it was recommended & I was having a flare, the pillow eased my neck, it was bliss.I have also used it on my lower back, so much easier to move & position than a hot water bottle, the adjustable heat setting is so useful as my wrists respond better to low heat setting whereas my spine needs deep intense heat.I still need strong pain relief this isn’t (for me) a miracle cure but as an added extra it’s extremely usefulMy advice if you find you get relief from a hot water bottle, deep heat rub etc then buy this, you’ll benefit from the flexibility

Bought as a gift for my 85yr old neighbour as I didn't think it safe for him to use a hot water bottle after scalding himself filling one. He absolutely loves it & it works really well easing his arthritic knee. He uses it all the time & says it's the best gift he's ever had. I would not hesitate to replace it if necessary as it is doing a great job. I went for this one as I use 2 heat pads made by the same company which have given several years service with no problems.
