I did not read the description carefully enough so while I thought I was getting a pair, I only got one sleeve. I liked the sleeve so I ordered a second one to make the pair. Unfortunately, the second sleeve color was not a color match. I reached out to bdrivensports directly, and they made it right. The customer service was exceptional. I recommend the company and the product.

I ordered the yellow in extra Small and am a very thin tall women. On the sales page when I inquired about sizing ( weeks Prior to ordering) worried the ex- small would be to large in the bicep/ likely to short for me in length. Asking if a child’s would fit. The answer was a resounding no on the Childrens fit and somehow that an adults small would. I knew that the length on the adults would be to short however because there super stretchy I thought Maybe they thought I could fix The length? After all, an employee from the small company that makes this INCREDIBLY popular sleeve said it would fit me! Others chimed in saying over and over that I should buy this item and sometimes recommending the adult small. No where did it indicate on this page that the sleeves would come toxically scented with a lemon smell or how the heck it was going to be long enough for me. ESPECIALLY being to big in the bicep. Nore did anyone tell me WHY the children’s wouldn’t work for me. I guessed that it might have been cause they’d be to short. And that was definitely accurate I now know. It is ALOT shorter then an adult’s Ex- Small in length. I will say I appreciate that I don’t have to return the sleeves paying for shipping. I just spoke to the seller on the phone and they were very nice. And I was Refunded VeRY quickly. The employee confirmed ALL except for there white sleeves would smell because of the ink used on them. Each size they said the length and bicep size increases for. They believed many if not most other arm sleeves on the market ( made from other companies ) would smell. So far, ( I have sleeves from 3 other companies in a variety of colors) I have NOT found that to be true. 2 of those companies I only have 1 pair from and they are NOT white or black sleeves. The third companies sleeves were a pack of 5 sleeves which were a variety of colors. The packaging said NEVER put the sleeves in a dryer. Which is fine normally ( none of my sleeves do). But, unlike any other sleeve I’ve ever tried. There yellow Ex- Small adults sleeve wouldn’t even stay on me. I have a diagnosed Sensory Processing Disorder ( SPD), ASD, And undiagnosed Moderate MCS. If you have MCS which is Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, possibly SPD, or a women’s Small size or possibly even a women’s Medium shirt size and need a regular lengthed sleeve DO NOT buy the Ex- Small in ANY color. And you probably shouldn’t buy this sleeve in a small either. It will be too big in the bicep/ to short in length. If you have a considerable bicep size and are atleast often a large or up in women’s shirts size the MEDIUM of this sleeve could DEFINITELY work for you if you don’t mind it’s smell. Then IT MAY be a GREAT choice if you don’t mind the cost increase.

After being diagnosed with bursitis in my right elbow, with some swelling also in my forearm, I got some compression sleeves from my doc's p/t team that were substandard. I've had this one for just over 24 hours, and it passed the test of being something I could wear to bed as well as throughout a day of non-athletic activity. I agree with other reviewers who classify this sleeve as very mild compression. The only downside to the comfort is the band at the top (above bicep/tricep and just under the shoulder), which pinches a little and leaves light indentations on my skin from the band.I chose this brand and sleeve because the company was so clear about posting their sizing chart. With my measurement at the designated location being about 13&1/2 inches, I went with a large, which I've worn almost nonstop since receiving it. My solution to the discomfort caused by the upper band is to roll down the sleeve to just above my elbow occasionally, where the band is loose. Alternating between that and the fully extended fit seems to solve the problem while still allowing constant mild compression.I wouldn't wear this for athletic activities, since my bursitis is still noticeably swollen. I'm not looking for something to wear just during athletic activities that will provide more compression. Since that would be too much compression to wear all day and night, I think that this sleeve will continue to be a useful tool in treating my elbow. I will probably buy a second one to wear while cleaning and drying the first.If this is helpful, I am 6'0", 188lbs, with approximately 19% body fat percentage —adding up to my being somewhat athletic.

I’ve literally tried 4 sleeves….Milwaukee, Game On, Nike, and Under Armour…..all of them cut my circulation off even though they were supposed to fit larger arms. Been a bit of a challenge finding a sleeve that properly fits a 5’8” guy with 16” biceps and the XL FINALLY did the trick! Highly recommend this sleeve most importantly because it actually fits and is extremely comfortable, but is also the exact color of blue I wanted!

Before ordering, I carefully measured around my relaxed bicep muscle on each arm, as per the manufacturer's sizing guide. As per the sizing guide, I should order size Medium. I noted the arm length would be too short though, so I ordered size Large. But even they were WAY too tight around my biceps. So then I exchanged for size Extra Large, 2 sizes larger than what the sizing guide said I should order, and while these ones do fit, even they are still tight around the bicep area.

This item provided the required compression and had none slip cuffs to help keep the sleeve in place. i use it regularly.

It is comfortable to wear. If you have something tight overtop of it, it feels a little slippery. It gives some support to my elbow and upper arm.

Really solid purchase. Went through the wash more than a few times and performs as well as the day it came in. Will definitely be buying more. Size chart is fairly accurate too which seems uncommon for these sorts of products online so kudos for that as well.
