A very good looking and functional product.
The product, seller and the entire concept are solid. The tap is sturdy and of good quality. Container is perfect for a family of 2-3 and goes best with a non storage water filter. Do follow all instructions of how it must be seasoned. Unglazed clay pots need good seasoning. I seasoned mine for about 36 hours. Notice the difference between the seasoned pot and the unseasoned tumbler and stand. I suppose it's good to season all the clay parts. The tap needs to be fit onto the seasoned pot which requires the use of a spanner. It's all easy enough for anyone to do. The water remains cool and I hope to make the best use of it in the summers. Note: I received a cracked tumbler and stand which the seller promptly replaced when contacted. In all a wonderful buy.

Bad quality, seller seems irresponsible
Tap was leaking the first time I got it. Followed up with seller get a replacement tap..got it after a week or so. The new tap still leaks. Seller seemed irresponsible to even do a basic check before sending the replacement. Product seems ok, but tap tends to leak and turn defective. Avoid this seller and this product

Not upto the mark
It has been built good but the product I have got is not that in terms of quality as post submersing it for 2 days I could see outer bottom layer of the pot is crumbling result in returning the product. Could be one off scenario but ideally it shouldn't be the case as we are paying like three times more than its actual value

Not worth the price, cracked twice within a year.
The finish is very good. We bought this a year ago because we wanted a matka with a metal tap (instead of the usual plastic). After a few months of careful usage a huge crack appeared around the middle of the pot and water was leaking. To the credit of the manufacturer, they sorted out the issue by sending a replacement. But after a few months, the 2nd pot also developed a crack, this time near the tap and water was leaking continuously. This time no resolution from the manufacturer, with the reason that this product does not have any guarantee or warranty. Sharing pics of the 2nd issue. So definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
