I would give this a zero if I could. I have two conditions that I use this for the same side effect. The same described supplements at Walmart, Equate brand work. These did not even with double the dosage. I broke open a tablet and cannot taste any senna, which has a very distinct taste. I am very unhappy with this since it actually ended up being bound up for a week before I figured out the problem with this supplement.

If you take about 6-9 pills a day maybe. This is why they give you a thousand pills since you have to take so many for not much relief. An update to my review. Really don't buy. Really a BAD product. Should not be sold as a laxative. I guess I should have thought since they give you a thousand pills they must take A LOT to work, maybe.
