I'm allergic to the nut in the chocolate flavor, so this was my only option. I ordered 2 bags from their website, but ended up returning one (that's all they'd let me return) because I just couldn't stomach the drink, or the flavor though I wasn't sure why. A few months later, one of my kids mixed some with peanut butter to make peanut butter balls and had me try it! Wow! The taste is amazing *and* I can stomach it! When it ran out, I hadn't planned to buy any more, but I started missing the easy meals that tasted so good and were so satisfying! The price is a bit steep, but one scoop goes a long way with peanut butter, and it's reassuring to know just how clean the ingredients are. I recommend drinking extra water after eating it, since it was meant to be consumed with water.

Great protein powder. It doesn't make me feel heavy or bloated. It mixes well and gives lots of energy. It doesn't have unnecessary fillers.

I started with the vanilla and found the taste a bit lacking, so I began adding a small amount of cocoa or using some cold coffee in the base liquid. Or both! Then it's great, though it does loosen my innards up a bit. Probably the MCT oil. Now I'm ordering some of the choco+macadamia.

I'm hesitant of "new" nutrition and gimic health drinks but I did my research before I bought this. I trust each ingredient and the developer. I've been using it to replace lunch most days for about 4 months. I've lost some weight (wasn't my goal) but more importantly I feel much better on the days I have it. I can tell a definite difference and I have recommended it to others. More energy, better mood, less snacking. My husband loves the chocolate but I am a firm lover of the vanilla. If you have ever had the white chocolate Stephen's brand hot chocolate -- it tastes a lot like that but more creamy and lovely. I like to put it in a magic bullet and froth it up real good. Yum! I purchased this based upon an amazon rec. It's without question one of the worst nutrition shakes I've ever tried. Considering the high price and relatively high calorie count (400 cals NOT including whatever fluid you add) I expected something exceptional. Rather, it's nauseatingly milky - even when you just use water - and never thickens no matter what you may add. It would be dreadful at half the price. Considering the cost, the flavor and consistency is inexcusable.

Great Product!!! I will always have this on hand. The only meal replacement powder I have ever enjoyed...and I love it. No weird tastes or after taste.

It can be a great product, especially if you are on GLP 1 medication and you can’t eat much, however it was just too thick and my stomach couldn’t handle it well. The suggested serving is 2 scoops. I only used one scoop yet still my stomach was not happy with it although I have no problem with any other protein powders or dairy.
