These are the best incontinence underwear I've found. Comfortable and absorbs great....6 cups! Worth the price.

I use size large for a 100lb person.. it works great for daily and overnight as long as the person is laying down or walking around… I find that sitting creates leaks. It probably depends on how much water one drinks in a day. If the person drinks 5 (16oz) bottles a day the diaper will need to be changed about every 2 hours

Although very absorbent, they do not seem to hold everything, and leakage is routine. Use a waterproof sleeping pad as well.

Great product will buy again. Next time the driver barely leave it on the porch not in the middle of the driveway. I tried to submit that but it wouldn’t go through. Thanks again.

These support underwear work really well and especially overnight for no to very little spillage. Good value for the cost, won’t be disappointed in this purchase.

Crotch piece is extremely wide. Bunches up. Uncomfortable & contributes to chronic itch. Panty fabric is comfortable & fits well. Cut crotch area in half for narrow hipped people. Keep any chemicals to reduce wetness (not my problem) out of your product if you consider adding it! Thanks

These have been a huge huge lifesaver for my 97 yo mom. She can pull these on as easily as a pair of underwear & they are not binding around her legs. The best thing is after switching to these, she never again has had a worried morning of having to rush to the bathroom - because no leaks! It says on the package that it absorbs 6.5 cups of liquid - I think that is accurate!

I bought these for nighttime wear for my elderly mother-in-law. They are by far, the best fit and absorbency of anything else she has tried. (And she has tried 3 other kinds from the local medical supply store, as well as Kirkland brand) No more doubling up of cheaper pull ups, no more leaks and extra laundry the next morning. The higher price and import fee is worth it for this Canadian customer. We are now buying the case of 80, which will save us some money. I’d highly recommend these.

The underwear fits snugly around legs and lasts through the night. Best adult absorbent underwear around.

Since I received the last order in December 2025, the quality of these have gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. They no longer absorb fluids, it sits on top of the pads and ends up having the urine running down your leg! I have had to reinforce these with absorbent liners and they are the only thing that seems to actually hold any liquid! DO NOT BUY THESE! Unless they go back to the previous format I will never buy this product again!!
