I express my deep gratitude to Amazon and AA Thread Co 🙏. Firstly, the Sewing machine I received was in a good condition duly packed in the company's thermacool package 👍. Secondly, after unboxing and executing some minor fittings and adjustments, the machine worked perfectly 👌. Thirdly, the bobbin case and needle fitted/provided with the machine were defective (not working properly) and I had to replace them by purchasing new ones from the local market. This is not a big issue, however, the company may take notice of it. Fourthly, thank you so much AA Thread Company for sending me the original product (Singer Universal Sewing machine) 🙏. However, I request you to please change the image of this product in Amazon site (product page), the image of this particular machine you uploaded is misleading, I mean you have given the image of Square Model of Singer Machine (Unnati Deluxe) on the Amazon product page and whereas selling the Round Model of Singer Machine (Universal). Please change the image or change the product. Nonetheless, thanks again for sending me a authentic, good and working condition machine. 💜U Amazon & 💜U AA Thread Company.

I purchase singer machine but my mood to sad because this product is very very bad scrap product no purchase anybody from Amazone this product

At first look this is a good product and is not a 2nd hand as some people claim. Have not started working on it as I'm not home. Will give another review later.

Today I got Singer Universal Sewing Machine in very good condition. Thanks Amazon and aa thread Seller. The condition of the machine is very good, the packing was also very nice and safe, the machine is running very smooth, I am very happy.
