Q: how much caffeine does a cup (one sachet) have?

I didn't know the answer to this and it appears you can't really find it out online. But I called the company and they told me that each satchel has 44mg of caffeine. Basically about as much as 1/2 a cup of coffee, so they said. Cheers.

Q: Is there sugar in this tea? It tastes so sweet. I love it, I am hoping there isn't any sweetners.

My understanding is that the reason it is sweet is because they add artificial cinnamic aldehyde to the tea. It is the artificial flavoring used to give cinnamon flavored candies and gum a spicy/sweet flavor. That is why everyone says that tea tastes like cinnamon candies.
