Lie of a Product NOT a Buck converter only Boost

the product straight up lies don't listen to the page at all. It only acts as a boost converter it does NOT buck

NOT A BUCK BOOST!

Only a boost converter, will NOT step down voltage. I have tested all 6 I ordered, all fail to step down voltage below input voltage, so they are pure boost convertors. They work... OK for that purpose, but they are not very accurate, difficult to set to a specific voltage, and they tend to drift a few millivolts during operation.
