Dr. Young explains everything clearly and it's very easy to understand. I recommend for everyone to read this book. It made a huge difference for me and the quality of my life. It’s a fantastic method that works for healing all kinds of cancer. I have given Dr. Young’s book to many people and have witnessed the results of his method. Bottom line: cancer does not proliferate in an alkaline environment. This book tells you how to alkalize your way back to health & life!

This book is so interesting and a great read well worth the money

Sadly this book is not what I was hoping for, the first part is a rant about Big Pharma, although what is written is 100% correct, most of us looking for alternatives are fully aware of this already!This book is badly referenced, and there is no index at the back of the book.The other problem is that the book is half full of recipes, if I wanted a cook book I would have bought one! This book has been written in a very basic way, so if you're looking for a very basic book that says do this, that or the other, then this book is for you.
