A great blend of snack items
I love Asian Rice Cracker mixes, especially ones which include a spectrum of textures, shapes, flavors and heat. I don't consider nuts to be a "cheap filler" as another reviewer said, but I still can't eat many of them as I am "dental impaired." But, I can also save the nuts aside, break them up a bit and add them to stir-fry and rice dishes, which soften them. But the crackers themselves are very "tender" and chew easily and/or will dissolve down a bit when sucking off the flavors. I'm also purchasing some additional bags of wasabi peas and "cajun" mixes -- will blend all together with the Kirkland ones providing half of the total. Being in Alaska and physically impaired, it's important to me to be able to gather ingredients that fulfill my need for whimsy. It's been a long time since I've found many products to be EXACTLY what I wanted. Right now, avoiding "made in China" is one of them. I'm not anti Chinese nearly as much as I've been monitoring the various scandals that have emerged in their food production standards. I can buy cheaper, but those all come from China. I definitely will continue buying Kirkland brand Rice Crackers.

Bad tasting and odd assortment
This stuff is just weird. I was born in Japan and I love traditional rice cracker assortments. This blend includes sesame sticks which completely overpower the subtle soy sauce taste of the rice crackers. It also contains almonds, which are just strange and not authentic. Plus, it tastes strangely bitter. I ended up throwing most of it out.

Way too sweet
I purchased these, along with another, less expensive brand to compare. I have to say, the less expensive brand is head and shoulders above these. And, what the heck is that stuff coating the nuts? I'd also like to know how it is, I received both brands of rice cracker mixes in the same box, and the Kirkland had a lot of crushed pieces in the bottom of the bag, but the 8 Mate didn't. That tells me it was not a shipping problem, but rather a quality and care problem with Kirkland. Besides, some of the pieces are so sweet they reminded me of candy. I like my rice crackers to be mostly savory and salty...with maybe just a hint of sweet. I will not purchase these again.

Not impressed, too many cheap fillers
I grew up in Asia and Hawaii (where Asian snacks are popular due to the large Asian population there) and have tasted my share of Japanese senbei and rice crackers. While this Kirkland mix seems like a good deal (3 lbs. for $19-20), it consists of a lot of cheap and less tasty fillers. A few of the contents are: * Peanuts & Almonds -- While I don't mind the almonds, there are a lot of peanuts as noted by another reviewer. * Sesame Sticks -- Something I've never seen as part of a traditional rice cracker mix, these are weird, too salty, and too many. * Lemony/gingery flavored crackers -- While lemon and ginger may popular in Asian cooking, I've never had senbei with these flavors and find it weird. * Covered peanuts -- These are just OK. The wasabi flavor is very weak (almost non-existent) and these are very sweet. * Authentic soy sauce (shoyu) flavored rice crackers -- Way too few of these, which is what I bought this product for. My sister and I have picked out almost all the good stuff and there's now almost half a bag of sesame sticks and peanuts left, and I'm back here looking for a better, more authentic alternative. As mentioned by another reviewer, you can probably buy this mix for about 1/2 the price at a Costco if you live close enough to a store. In my opinion, this product is not worth the $20 Amazon price.

Wonderful taste.
These are very good. However there is some soy product included in these and I cannot eat soy so I passed them on to other family members and they love them. Good flavor. Not too spicy.

So Different and so Good!!
I had this snack this spring when visiting a really neat Mexican restaurant. They served this in their bar area on each table. It was great with Margaritas!! Loved it and asked if I could buy some and the waitress brought out the bag to show me and said they buy them at Costco's. I don't have a Costco's near me so got onto to Amazon in the hopes I could find it and I did. My friends all love it also. It is pricey but I only use it for special occasions and everybody love it!! You will get comments about it as it has some really unusual stuff in it and it is good.

Kirkland Signature Rice Crackers, 48 ounces
Wow! These are so wonderfully addictive. They are crunchy and have a great variety of crackers with all kinds of seasonings. Some are hot & spicy and others sweet and spicy, and then there are some who are just seasoned wonderfully. You also have some peanuts and sesame sticks sprinkled in with the various rice cracker varieties. They have become my new favorite snack. They have totally replaced the chips and dips. They come in a resealable bag and there's a description of each type of goody contained on the back of the bag. This is becoming a regular purchase for me, I like it that much.
