Lid doesn't close on my new bottle of your spice. How can you resolve this?

it does close hard, but I snapped it in place, you do need to make sure there is no spice on top. Was it closed when you bought it? if not, see if you can get a replacement. If it came not closed, it might be a product fault.

Are any ingridients coming from China?

I'm not sure, I don't think the PEREG company should import products from China, as far as I know they grow everything themselves on farms in the fields in their orchards, go to their website and you'll be surprised to see how many products they have besides spices and how big they are in the industrial area, I don't pretend to know everything so I wrote at the beginning I'm not sure
