This is a good product. Rhodiola is an adaptogen and helps balance your system and in that it works very well. Definitely recommend.

I felt the effects within 5 minutes of taking it, it first came with headaches along with nausea. I was thinking to myself maybe because the dosage is high on its end considering it is a 1000mg capsule. Mentioned on the bottle it says **Concentrated Extract** The recommended adult dosage for the capsule form of Rhodiola rosea is 100 to 300 mg daily, but various strengths are available (from 100 to 600 mg). It is recommended to not exceed the aforementioned 680 mg dosage, as higher doses may be ineffective. I'm not saying it doesn't work, it does work, in fact, I felt like I had so much mental/physical energy without the jitters. The headache did go away like 10 minutes after using it, to be honest, I don't think the headache was that big of a deal. I think it's probably better to split the capsule dosage if you want to avoid the head discomfort. I split the pill, pouring half of it into my cup of green tea, or you can pour half of it into a spoon and consume it. The powder has an herbal bitterness, but it's not that bad if you are a daily green tea drinker.
