Borghese Crema Saponetta Cleansing Creme, 6.7 oz

I can't recommend this enough. I am 33 years old and I feel like my skin always dries out--and yet, I have had a hard time with acne in my adult years. Most cleansers either dry out my face, or don't clean it well enough. I DO use a moisturizer after using this face wash, however, in a pinch, I don't think I would die without it. This face wash is moisturizing and also cleans the face really well. It feels like creamy luxury. Lasts me 4 months. It's creamy, so you may feel like it won't clean well, but it totally does because it is great quality. It isn't watery like most cleansers. You only need to use about the amount that would fit on the tip of your finger because a little bit goes a long way. :) (a little less than a dime). This combined with prenatal pills has saved my skin!!! I wish I had found it earlier!!!

But not as good as the previous version. I have been buying this cleansing cream for over 20 years (it lasts a very long time, so not that many tubes. ;-) The first few tubes I bought at Nordstrom's and other high end department stores, before it was available on the web. The aroma was wonderful, likely due to the essential oils and other good ingredients. It felt good being applied and did a great job cleansing pores. My skin always looked and felt better after using it.Back in about 2006 or so, Borghese made some changes, and started selling some of their products through Costco. The snooty high-end department stores were offended, and stopped carrying the Borghese line, according to a woman I knew who worked at Nordstrom's. Since this product was difficult to find, I did without for years, weeping and wailing and not looking nearly as fresh-faced as I once did.Enter Amazon, and apparently some new VPs at Borghese. They changed for formula!! What a huge, yes, (yuge!) disappointment!! That intoxicating and refreshing aroma was gone. Why o why was this change made?? To be more profitable while dissapointing (and losing?) loyal customers? No more evening pick-me-ups for me (and no, Tiramisu is no substitute!). I don't look forward to using the cleanser like I used to. I winced at paying 40 bucks in a store for this stuff, but in the end, was happy I did, especially given that it was likely economical to use since it takes only a small pea-sized dab to wash face and neck.One day in the distant future, I will again reach the end of the tube, then cut it open to reach the last precious bits of carefully blended Italian cream. The question then will be, "Will I buy this again?" Maybe, after reviewing my options from Dr. Hauschka.

This cleanser is awesome!! It is so mild on the skin, but yet removes all make-up without having to use a make-up remover first. It leaves a squeaky clean feeling without dryness. I can't rate it high enough, have used it for years, but now not available at Dillards/mall so I have it buy it online. One tube lasts for months used twice a day, morning and night! I should mention that I don't wear a lot of make-up in the first place. My skin is generally normal-to-dry, no issues like acne, etc.

This stuff is amazing. My face literally feels squeaky clean after using it. It smells amazing and is a spa like experience to use. I feel like my skin's health has definitely improved since using it. Five stars!

Product is nice and I love the line. however this one I had to return or get my money back the product shipping and contentes weren't in good shape

Love the cleansing creme and the wonderful aromatic scent when applied to the face. It makes my face feel so clean and refreshed ... will never be without it. Thank you.

I can't give this a big endorsement because it doesn't clean as thoroughly as it should. Great creamy lather that I work over my face for at least a minute, which should be plenty of time to dissolve makeup. It isn't easy to rinse off either, I felt that took too long, too. I then go over my face with a toner on a cotton pad and there is always a trace of makeup left. It also does not do much to remove eye makeup. I have other cleansers in my arsenal that do a much better job.

This is a great product. I have rosecia so my skin is sensetive to certain products, but this product soothes the redness and acne that stem from the condition. This product thoroughly cleanses make-up and dirt from you face without using a seperate make-up remover. It will also remove eye make-up. My skin feels clean and fresh after I use it instead of greasy and heavy. I would recommend Creme Saponetta if you are looking for a good, reliable and non irritating cleanser.

I love love love my Borghese!! I have been using this crema saponetta cleansing creme for over 10 years and nothing comes close to cleaning my face. I also use the moisturizer and can't use anything else because I would breakout. The Borghese line is the only label that doesn't harm my sensitive skin. The Fango Clay Mask is awesome too!!

I have been using this product for many years and cannot say enough good things about it! I get wonderful compliments about my skin and I am sure that the credit goes to Borhese Crema Saponetta Cleansing Crème. Excellent product.
