This is exactly what I needed when I wash my hands because I have OCD and have to do a deep wash/scrub when washing my hands, it's great for getting under your nails and is perfect for scrubbing your hands and arms. The whole thing fits in your hand really well and is able to be gripped well for cleaning. When cleaning under your nails, it is far better than your normal nail brush due to the way you hold it.
