Laurastar Go Plus All-In-One Ironing System: Dry Microfine Hygienic Steam, Professional Iron with Active Board for Fast, Professional Results

I have eyed the LauraStar ironing system for years after seeing a demo at Sam's Club, finally replacing my leaky, drippy Rowenta Pro Steam Iron Station. I saved a bundle on a damaged box Warehouse Deal. The LauraStar Go + heated and steamed beautifully, but the fan wasn't working, which is a primary feature. Since the boxes were so beaten up, and this would be a very bulky package to try to return, I decided to contact LauraStar's customer service first. Danielle (customer service rep) and Ray (technician) were outstanding! Ray and I went back and forth several times for a couple of days with phone calls, texts, and pictures. Initially, he was prepared to just send me a whole new ironing board and fan unit. Once he walked me through the process step-by-step to troubleshoot the fan, he was able to guide me through making the easy repair myself. As a longtime seamstress working with delicate (and expensive) fabrics and laces, I am ecstatic with the quality of the LauraStar and so impressed with their customer service!

I have already S7 Laurastar back home in France,but for time we are here I gave a chance to this one...It is less comfortable to use comparing to S7 (foldable iron compartment instead of box,water filter separate ,folds/unfolds less easy etc) but it irons as well as S7.so I am satisfied with purchasingDelay of delivery a bit long for me,who got used to same day/two day delivery in amazon France..

This would be a great product, however the fan stopped working immediately and now it leaks like crazy. It must be condensation from all the steam. It collects in the board and when I put it away lots of water runs out off the board under the cover. Awful.I do like that it hold a lot of water and presses my clothes (mostly cotton) well.

I bought my first Laura Star at a trade show. I used it right up until it needed to be replaced. For anyone that sews, needs steam action, this iron is worth every penny spent on it.

Everything is good but the box was broken and dirty.

I used it for 3 times since I bought but it is so so uncomfortable.board is only one way to move and hard to set board flat, cord holder is not holding cord, water tank is not allow to water flow in the tank smoothly, always push bottle to push water into tank,iron setting wire is not perfect to hold iron(when pull out iron the cover slipped off from iron so many timeput cover again), if I can replace it with other model I would love to replace it.I used to use old model for over 20 years with any other complaints but this is not.let me know if there is any way to replace it with other model.
