What are the ingredients?

The ingredients on the side of the box read: Grapeseed Oil, Amino Acids, BHA, Natural Keratin, Organic Calcium, Safflower Oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Sesame Oil, Vitamin B-5, Vitamin E, Silk Procaine, Natural Pan phenol, Thymol, Methyl Glucose Ether

Why does it say the safety of this product has not been determined? Sounds unsafe.

In order to make certain claims, you have to go through a process with the FDA. It is expensive. Sometimes smaller companies cannot afford it.

Can I use this product while I have gel nails on?

I use it with my powder dipped gel and/or acrylic powder dipped nails and they are just fine when I use the cuticle oil. In fact, I had my nails powder dipped today and the nail tech used some kind of cuticle oil on my nails. I do know the topcoat she used on my powder dipped nails was a gel topcoat, so I would say yes, you can use it on gel nails.
