Hi, this chocolate is amazing. It has minimal ingredients and its stone ground style has a lovely, natural texture. It is also GLUTEN and DAIRY FREE!! I am so obsessed with this chocolate that I was tired of paying $6/disc at my local co-op, especially because I gift this chocolate frequently (it truly is the BEST). Buying the 12 pack here was a mistake! There's a reason it is cheap. The package arrived with ZERO cushioning in a plastic bag, so the delicate chocolate discs were pulverized and chocolate dust everywhere. Cannot use these as gifts and may not even eat them. Fortunately, Amazon did refund me but I still suggest buying it elsewhere.

There is a texture to the chocolate as sugar granules may be present and give a little grit as it melts in your mouth. The almond nuts are ground very fine and not noticeable as nut prices. An explosion of flavors as the chocolate melts in your mouth. Already ordered some more.

I ordered this once and it arrived as expected (in a display box) based on the photos. Chocolates were fresh and tasty. Second time I ordered it, the chocolates were thrown into a plastic bag, many were broken and it’s clear they were old (covered in white film), probably leftovers. They looked and tasted dried out, and I’m not allowed to return the item. I’ll never order it again from this seller.
