Based on prior reviews, I was worried if the product is too flimsy or weak, but when I actually used, to my surprise this works pretty well. Easy to poke hole... just place and twist the tool. No fuss, safe and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Device is easy to use. Just place the tip on the coconut and press down while slightly rotating the device to give a sawing action. The hole that is created is perfect to put a straw to drink directly or to pour into a glass. It is easy enough for even a child to use to cut a hole in few seconds.Quality seems decent and should last long if cleaned and maintained well.Note: The long stick that goes from the handle to the tip is to be used only for pushing out the coconut shell that get stuck inside the corer. Do not keep the stick inside the corer when using the device.

Plastic handle is made of poor quality and got broken with minor pressure.Metallic part is rusted from inside. Need to clean it with rust remover before using it.
