I recently purchased this office chair, and I’m extremely satisfied! It’s comfortable, well-designed, and provides great back support for long working hours. But back support is not working I called to customer care and they responded very quickly and new part sending to me as well.The adjustable height and smooth-rolling wheels make it very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an ergonomic and stylish chair.

All functions are working (revolving, Back Tilting, Height adjustment) sitting on it is comfortable, installation was easy not any rocket science.But most important thing is 3 years limited period warranty.Customer care told me that it has only 1 year warranty free of cost for all parts which will be replaced, after that you have to pay partial payment for the replacement part for next 2 years). Total 3 years limited period warranty

i have now been using the chair for about a month and a half.... so far so good.it was simple to assemble(DIY), seemingly of good quality(didnot find any damages or signs of a returned product re-sold etc), was indeed a new piece.The backrest is meshed fabric and very breathable... looking forward to it not tearing apart. Have to say that the usage is not very rough as it is used in the home office/study env.i will second it if someone wants to buy this.

They responded quickly and sent me a brand-new backrest, which was really impressive.The chair itself is sturdy, comfortable, and has good features like height adjustment and a strong base. Good:The chair is comfortable,material is good,adjustable for height and back inclination(basic), customer support is good and responsive.Bad:The chair lost a wheel after 2 months of use.The welding for the wheel holders can be better.However, good thing isThe customer service provided a replacement wheel base and also a support person to replace it.What you get for the price is good enough and the company giving real support after the return / replacement time on Amazon is over, under warranty, is a plus (most other companies would not respond well/not respond at all)
