Why does delivery take so long

My deliveries are usually within 2 days or so after order.

Can this cream be used on arms as well as hands?

I would say yes. It's just a nice light cream - a bit thin for a hand cream. It's not chemically at all and it doesn't tingle or burn. Very safe to use. I've just finished my 4th tube [they aren't very big!] I like using it.
