Will the svbony sv126 adapt to a maxusee 20-60x60 zoom hd spotting scope

This uses a 1/4”-20 fastener to connect it to spotting scopes, cameras, etc. I can’t say this is a “universal” fastener for these applications but it does connect with any optic device I’ve used.

Is the head removable? I just want the clamp to add my pan head to.
