Can i remove the divider? From the file side

You can remove the divider, but you may lose some stability.

I received my organizer however mine did not come with screws a. How can I get those screws??

Ohhh no, it's supposed to be included in the box. Request screws from the seller via Amazon website

Can the magazine holders go on either side?

The vertical holders can only be attached on the left side. The pencil cups can move around.

Can you buy extra sliding drawers? I would like 3 sliding drawers in this setup.

Sorry, we don't have any extra sliding drawers for sale.
