Just what I needed. It came with a tube of sealant (I found it to be plenty) that fits into a standard caulk gun. It does not come with screws. Based on the condition of the screws I removed I would recommend planning on using new screws if you are going to the effort of replacing your existing skylight.

Flimsy and poor quality
Much thinner than the original skylight very poor quality returned product and ordered icon replacement skylight and very happy I did as it was much thicker and sturdier than this one.

Works as advertised, arrived swiftly STAY's COOL! Absolutely recommend this, slightly taller than original, did not have to purchase the Sealing goop!
