Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrel Aged Chocolate Bitters

Tried a few different chocolate/cocoa bitters and this was by far the best! It's the only one where a clear chocolate flavor actually came through and worked perfectly with a s'mores old fashioned I made!

I like this much more than the other (brand name) bitters. A complex cocoa taste that is great when added to coffee. Rather pricey but worth it.

Excellent dark chocolate taste. Add a few drops to coffee for a treet!

I have tried a couple different chocolate bitters and found this one because of its great Amazon reviews. I was surprised by how pronounced and true the flavor is, which is definitely better than the other brands I’ve tried. While I like the flavor and it is my favorite, I do believe it could still be a bit richer. I was also pleased that the bottle came intact, as I am always nervous about shipping liquids in glass bottle.

I tried chocolate bitters during a recent cruise and had to purchase some when I returned home. After looking at other brand options, I decided to try the Woodford Reserve since it's the bourbon of choice at home. The taste and smell is spectacular with just a few drops in an Old Fashioned. The dropper is a great addition to easily control the amount in each drink. A quality product that I will purchase again!

These bitters are amazing. an old fashion made with Woodford bourbon with a little maple syrup and a squirt of these bitters is amazing!! the scent of these bitters are strong. great chocolate scent! the dropper makes it easy to use.
