No complaints
Having lost my gears on Friday leaving work and finding out the issue via YouTube, I popped the cable back on my 2010 Vivaro and managed to get home without further issue. When I went for a short drive on the Saturday the cable popped off again several times and I realised this was going to be a reoccurring issue. Google then led me to ‘these’ products. This has arrived by Sunday afternoon having ordered Saturday evening, and to be honest I’d say the quality of this is fairly decent. I fitted it in about 15 minutes as it’s quite fiddly but once on it doesn’t look like it’s going to bend or come loose and fits perfectly. I’ve given my stick a bashing this evening and it feels amazing, and I’ve also tested the gearstick. I have also ordered a UK one off eBay too that tells you not to buy these ‘cheap Chinese ones’ but having fitted this (which was cheap, and is made in China) I won’t be replacing it - and this Uk one it not going to arrive until Tues/Wedd so I’d have been without a van. For £6 if you need one quickly, this is brilliant and I’d be surprised if it didn’t last as long as the cable/van does but if not I’ll use the UK one which may or may not be better quality.

Tight but works
Trying to get it into place without removing anything was a pig of a job as the two bolts has to line up either side of the cable but all of a sudden it was in justvthe right place and still working away

Definitely worth having
Even if you don't fit it straight away I would recommend purchasing and even just keeping it in the glove box incase you need it maybe i should have done this but I never did so had no van for a day until I received it next day delivery

Seems to have solved the problem
It appears to have solved the problem cheaply. Still not quite confident in it yet though it needs to prove itself

I'd avoid
I'd probably buy a different brand cheap made in china rubbish, the bolts don't actually go through like they're shown in the picture, the top plate doesn't seem long enough for them to go past the gear linkage they just tighten on top of it and bend the top plate. I'd give it a week before it's off but had to make do as I need my van back on the road
