Packing was terrible...carton had fallen apart and cocoa was EVERYWHERE.
The cocoa itself is excellent...this is my second order. HOWEVER, this order arrived with carton torn, some K-cups broken, and cocoa was EVERYWHERE...Not happy with this order, but can't return it.
