Really pleased with this steam mop, which is much more user friendly than a previous model. It seems heavy, but actually glides lightly like a hovercraft when switched on. It only takes seconds to heat up, is easy to fill the water tank, it stands up by itself and doesn’t need to be lent against something, like other models . It has a good length of cord. It comes with 3 pairs of rotating mop heads which are washable in the machine. It doesnt leave excessive surface water. All in all very satisfying and efficient.

Light weight, with a handle to carry it. It is quiet and easy to use. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it seems to do a better job than bigger heavier hard floor cleaners, it also cleans right up to the edges. Easy to change the pads and simply wash in the washing machine, mine go in when doing a towel wash.

This is my third steam cleaner and it is by far the best to date. The amount of steam that it produces makes cleaning the floors very easy and the extra steam button is great for stubborn marks, the only down side is that it does leave the floors wetter than other models but this is to be expected as it does produce three times as much steam. Overall a very good steamer. I would have given five stars but for the lack of a lower cable tidy but I have been assured by the company that this is already noted and later machines will have two cable tidies instead of the current one and velcrow.

Easy to operate and manoeuvres into place very well; pads clearly show its cleaning! Have used carefully on wood and vinyl laminate? Like that pads rotate to help me clean well and can park up. Having a dog this just feels hygienic. I contacted seller and worth knowing in my mind that this company is outstanding to deal with.

Very poor. Keeps stopping. I definitely would not recommend this product. I actually think it’s faulty but how do I return or replace it?

I purchased this steam mop because of the continuous steam facility. I have a steam mop but the steam only comes out when you push down on it. This one far surpasses my old one. More steam and hotter. I really feel as if my floor is clean. Plus because it’s so hot the floor dries in no time at all. The only con I found is the lead could be longer for me as it doesn’t quite reach all my kitchen floor and another hook at the bottom to roll the lead around. A lot of reviewers have mentioned these two point also. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.

It's brilliant. So easy to use . Cleans but does not soak the floor which means it's dry in minutes.

Great streamer easy to use and very light even with full tank of water.Steaming was killing my wife's back as im disabled i read reviews and now wife loves it.Only problem is the cable is not very long i live bungalow and plug in kitchen anx it reach front room but we use a samll extension.But very happy with it and the high steam you can't see thats how much power this as.
