I had to replace my last vacuum unexpectedly. I had the same brand, different model, still pet hair features - so I clearly like the performance of this brand of vacuum. Its light weight but powerfully, and very easy to maneuver. I like the attachments it comes with, and they are stored conveniently on the sides. I love the clear bagless canister! The handle is actually the wand extension, pretty cool. It has a retractable cord, im on the fence about that feature; when I was a kid, any vacuum with those often quit working. BUT this cord has clear indicators on how far to extend the cord without going too far and preventing feature from working. Time will tell, for now it's getting 5 stars!

I bought my first Bissell in 1998 My second Bissell around 2008 This would be my 3rd Bissell Vacuum that I have bought it seems to be as well actually better designed and built than the others. When something works and lasts with minimal investments that is what I am going to keep using. built high tech but simple to use and maintain. 8 or 9 years is not a bad lifespan at all.

I’ve been using a little chargeable vacuum cleaner because it’s only rugs I need to vacuum. Felt like it just wasn’t doing the job and decided to buy this one- first use I realized just how awful the other one was!!!! So refreshing knowing how much cleaner my rugs are now! It was so easy to set up, easy to use, easy to put away, easy to roll up the cord! It is a little heavy- but still worth it! Size is a regular vacuum- make sure you have enough space to store it. The build feels pretty solid! No regrets! Let’s hope longevity is one of its pros!

Anyone who knows me, knows I take my vacuum choice seriously.This one was easy to assemble and is super easy to use. I LOVE the retractable cord which, is long so I don’t have to keep unplugging and moving it. The suction is strong and this vacuum cleans dirt I didn’t even know was there.The attachments are useful and stay attached to the vacuum during use. Some vacs have attachments that constantly fall off which drives me crazy. I like the way the vacuum gets under beds and furniture. I think the swivel technology helps.Emptying the canister is straightforward and fast so, I do it empty every time I use it. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5, is that the canister doesn’t always attach back to the vacuum correctly. There is not a feature where it clicks into place. It kind of does but, I find it sometimes isn’t exactly right and falls off.Even with that flaw, I’d absolutely recommend and purchase this vacuum again.

So far so good. The suction is fantastic. The movability is very smooth. For a 5'10" 240 lb mand not heavy. My wife a little bit heavy. Good vacuum cleaner thus far. You have to maintain it though. Has to be cleaned probably every week or so depending on use to keep it in good working condition. Like anything. If your not lazy and take care of things. It takes care of you. Everything is like that.

as a test I ran my rumba in the bedroom then swept with this amazing vacuum, I could not believe how much dirt and pet hair was sucked up by this Bissell. I am so glad I purchased this item. The only draw back is the retracting cord as you have to pull it all the way out while in use as it doesn't just release the cord as your are vacuuming. but other than that, it's great!

Strong suction using for thick carpets and heavy duty cleaning does outstanding work.Great quality on the heavy side, retrectable cable mechanism could be better but still 5 stars

Easiest to put together of any vacuum I've ever purchased. My first full vacuum of the whole house picked up so much hair and fluff that my old vacuum had missed! It's fun to see the fluff spinning around in the container. My only complaint is the crevice tool...I would have preferred it to be longer and more narrow. Having the brush attached to it blocks you from putting the tool in the gap under the oven or the fridge, and the brush part keeps falling down onto it. I wanted to use my old Shark attachment instead, but it doesn't fit the hose, sadly.
