The best brand
After my miscarriage my body started to change after 6months + which included a very painful bloating so I wanted to try these since they are focused on the women's body and it was a really great idea because no it's not as painful anymore I'm still bloated though but the pain is gone after taken these so I'm really grateful and happy so Thank You very much, I also take a few other things from them.

I haven't feel a difference taking this but I don't usually feel a difference taking any other bio cultures. Maybe is good for us internally but not something I can feel a change

Not easy to swallow
I find they do help a little with bloating, but I find them hard to swallow as they seem to get sticky as soon as they get wet I find I can feel it get stuck on the way down and have to drink lots to wash it down. Would prefer it if they changed the capsule to one that glides down better.

It Definitely helps
I found this has helped with my digestion better than other probiotics. I'm more thankful I only need to take one capsule as well. It doesn’t make me feel sick like some probiotics do. And I think since taking this I've only had constipation once but that was due to a food intolerance. I've been taking this consistently possibly for 3 months now and I do generally feel better for it. It’s affordable, easy to swallow. The capsules are a tad on the thicker side but they are roughly 23mm long and I don't have an issue getting them down even with tonsilitus. There's also no weird taste or smell so extra points there!

Amazing difference to my gut health
I’ve been taking antibiotics before and haven’t really found any that have really made a difference to my health. I love the FreeSoul brand and so I thought I would try these and I have definitely noticed a difference in my gut/bowels.
