Works with my Korg D1 but wish it was the Roland DP 10
It does the job, it works well and I would recommend it to others Korg pianists as a sturdy good performing option. It's heavy, it doesn't slide around the floor even on slick wood floors like I have. My only gripe would be the way the half/quarter step works. There's no nuance it's either on or off. You go from a quarter press to half and so on like your flipping a switch rather than a gradual increase up to a half press or full. I absolutely recommend this for Korg pianos as it's probably the best you'll find but if you have a piano that works with a Roland DP-10 don't waste your time with this one just get the Roland which is far superior at nuance and also has a slightly better build.

This half-pedal works well on my Casio PX-S5000 piano keyboard and on a Korg Liano keyboard.
I wanted a half-pedal for my Casio PX-S5000 but didn't want Casio's 3-pedal unit that does have a half-pedal damper, but is larger than I want to travel with. From everything I've read, Casio's upgraded piano-style pedal does not do half-pedaling, and it only has a 2-conductor plug instead of a 3-conductor plug required for half-pedaling. I read on a forum that the Korg DS-1H works on some Casio pianos, including my PX-S5000. It has the 3-conductor plug needed for half-pedaling. I received it today and it works!!! A friend has a Korg Liano piano keyboard. Some sites say it does not support half-damper, but my Korg DS-1H pedal actually does work well as a half-damper on her Liano. I am buying one of these for her now.

but the sturdy, well-built
My Church owns a Korg Triton LE Keyboard (88 Keys version). Since the beginning, we have used a cheap Sustain Pedal. As the time progressed, the cheap sustain pedal broke down, and I had the choice of either paying for another cheap one or invest in the Korg DS1H pedal. This time, I made the choice of buying the Korg pedal instead! And to my surprise, it not only arrived within 2 days of my order (through Amazon Prime), but when we plugged it in and began playing: every musician - not just the experienced keyboard player noticed a fuller, more crisp sound with every chord played. My bottom line is this: Go ahead and invest in the Korg DS1H Sustain Pedal. It is roughly around $40 (Twice as much as a cheaper Pedal), but the sturdy, well-built, better quality and sound aspects are well worth the few extra dollars - Not to mention, the longevity of the product.

works, narrower base than I'd like
I like my older Yamaha damper pedal (picture, right side) because the base is wider and more stable, but it's starting to stick so I bought the KORG one on the left. I tried a new Yamaha damper pedal but it's not as wide as the old one and it doesn't work with my KORG keyboard even if you change the polarity - weird.

Best pedal for Korg keyboards. Definitely worth the price.
I have been using this w/ a Korg Krome for about 2 months and very happy w/ it. After my cheap Chinese made generic pedal w/ 5-star reviews failed after just a few months of use, I figured I might as well spend $20 more to get the OEM pedal. This Korg pedal is made in Japan and is well worth the extra $$. First of all, it has a noticeably lower profile than the generic model, which gives it a lower center of gravity and better stability. This pedal will not tip over. Also, the pedal action feels more responsive and smoother.

If you own a KORG Kronos, get one!
This pedal is well made. It’s heavy and rubberized on the bottom, so it’s not going to slide around on stage or in your studio. If you only buy it for that reason alone, then you’re ahead of the game. Add in the fact that playing a more expressive piano is so much easier with the DS-1H, and you have every reason to add it to your cart right now!

Works perfectly with Korg keyboards
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Strangely none of my other damper pedals worked properly with my Korg Nautilus, so I bought this. It works exactly as described and would highly recommend.

Most realistic feel yet for a damper pedal
So much better than my previous pedal. Paried with my Kronos 2, I'm much closer to the feeling of playing an acoustic piano.

Quality Build
Pricey compared to some cheaper brands but this pedal is built like a tank so worth spending that little bit extra on for the Korg brand. Works well as a Damper pedal on my Korg PA5x and also actually superb as a rotor / sustain pedal connected to my Nord 6D very pleased, have actually purchased two now, one for each keyboard!

The Status Quo of Damper Pedals - Period!
Great Quality—I've tried many Yumchaa brands (due to price), and I've learnt that you can't compromise on quality when it comes to these components. These aren't expensive, but considering the availability of cheaper brands, don't waste your time and money—buy one of these—not only will it work 100% of the time, but it will last 100% longer than other brands.
