This is without doubt one of the best combinations I have ever seen for joint support and pain relief associated with it. Not only does it help with joints and cartilage and connective tissue, but it also has very strong immune support and cancer fighting properties. I have been taking msm for years as well as turmeric and boswellia so I am not new to these incredible supplements and what they do. I do morning exercises daily to try to keep my weight in line as well as improve my blood pressure. The sound of creaks and cracks etc I was making while doing those exercises was just horrible. Plus it got to the point is was painful and sometimes I could not finish. Occasionally the pain carried over the next day (s) and it was so bad I never even attempted. I began to wonder if it was even worth it. A friend told me to try MSM and it worked enough for me get where I could do them almost daily again. When I came across this I was all smiles because I was taking 3 different pills (turmeric-boswellia-msm) and this one pill had those in it plus Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Honestly I had no idea that turmeric and Boswellai helped with joint pain. I had cancer before and I never want to see it again and thats why I was taking the turmeric and the Boswellia. After I started taking these joint support supplements from Bio Science I was able to tell a big difference after about a week. There was much less pain and those creaks and cracks finally went away for the most part. I am not sure how this combination works but it really does. It makes me wonder why the 3 pills I was taking did not works as well as this. Perhaps its the addition of the Chondroitin and Glucosimine? Chondr0itin and glucosamine actually worked for more people than the prescription did — So yes I think Bio Science has come up with a mixture that helps each individual ingredient increase its potency and effect. Not only that but have you ever taken a vitamin or a supplement and wondered if it was really what they said was in it. I don't have to worry about that with these because they are made in a FDA approved facility AND third party tested ! So yes I am saving money by getting a high quality supplement that has 3 ingredients I was ordering separately plus 2 others at an amazing low price that actually works very well. I can feel and tell the difference. They are easy to take and caused no reactions or discomfort at all. Bought these for my aching knees due to being on concrete floors 12-14 hours 6 days a week. After 3 weeks i noticed my knees pain was almost gone. Cost much less than my prescription pills for knee pain and show better results

I came back today to purchase this product a second time, so I figured I should share my results. I have been taking JOINT SUPPORT for a few days shy of a month. I took them as directed, 3 capsules. These are tablets, not gel cases, so great for vegans. Just to give you some background, I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left thumb/wrist area, which, I've learned is very common for women, especially for my age, 59. I was having trouble pulling on panty hose, scratching and washing my own back and I had extreme swelling and pain. My pain was so intense that it would awaken me from sleep. I went to the doctor the pain was so bad. In doctorly fashion, he suggested an x-ray, even when I told him there's no way I broke my thumb. Of course it was not broken, he recommended absolutely NOTHING. You're getting older, he said. I took to the internet and learned that Glucosamine and Turmeric naturally relieve inflammation in joints, so I decided to try this product. As I've mentioned, I started taking it about March 15 or 16th, anxiously hoping for relief of pain. OH, I forgot to mention that I was taking 4 Ibuprofen every 2 days for pain and inflammation. I knew I couldn't go the rest of my life doing that...because I've read some pretty awful things about ibuprofen. Anyway, fast forward to today, I can definitely wash my own back, scratch that bad boy if it itches AND pull up my hose with no pain. The inflammation is totally gone and I haven't taken any ibuprofen since I started with this joint support product. Note: Even with the ibuprofen I couldn't reach behind my back. To be perfectly honest, the reason for the 4 stars is because I was expecting a miracle. Elimination of ALL pain. But I still get pain if my (thumb moves backwards, like an extreme hitchhiking bend) if I'm not wearing the wrist/thumb brace I purchased on Amazon. What I'm guessing is that it will take longer than 30 days for the cartilage or whatever sits between your joints to regenerate. I'm ok with that because I'd rather take herbs and plant based concoctions over anything I can get at the pharmacy. I'd recommend this product over something from the pharmacy, any day! I had a lump spanning my wrist the size of an avocado seed from the inflammation, it was tender to the touch and would get HOT and broadcast pain, that's gone now. I think that's huge when the doctors could do nothing. If I can take this brace off my wrist in 3 months, I'll be back to give this remedy 5 stars!

Good medicine, dissolves easy.

I had been taking other supplements with limited effect, but after taking these for over a month, I can walk without crippling pain in my knees. I'm not 100% but there is significant improvement. I will continue to purchase this supplement. It has the RIGHT COMBINATION of ingredients.

Update: I can confirm now that between my cortisone knee shots and regular voltaren regiment helped my knee pain. Still limping and with pain if twisted a bit. I am still taking this meds though hoping it will help. But the great reviews most likely coincidence or their condition is not as worse as they thought. Still having all kinds of test from cardiology if I can get a knee replacement surgery to get at least a medium risk instead of high risk. Also, subscribe feature is the same price or even more than just buying when one time when needed, just save on the first order. Previous Review: It's been 5 months with knee pain. Xray shows medial (stage 3) OA bone on bone. Cortisone shots took awhile to give relief for a short time. Till on morning, I cant even walk to the bathroom. Called emergency doctor to approve prednisone pills. Watched YT video that may help. One video of "El Paso Manual Theraphy" suggested bone supplements (but not this brand), so I searched Amazon and this US made supplement seems to be the best. I started it towards the last prednisone pills until a week ago. I am a lot better, still limping and my right knee is the only one that I cannot bend while walking. I am taking this with voltaren gel 2x daily, 5 - 10 min on stationary bike and I'm pain free when I sleep. I use a walker too just to releave my knees some load. I am really not sure which of these treatments is helping me BUT I will continue this regimen since I felt some hope instead of doing the last resort of Knee replacement surgery. I am hoping that I get to be 100% again but for now, I am trying. It's just been a week, but will update my reviews on what happens next.

I had read all the glowing reviews of this product, so I decided to try it for the arthritis pain in both hands and my elbow, along with stiffness. I'd had problems for about two years and lately, the pain and stiffness were getting worse. I'd been taking two Aleve tablets every day, but that dose was beginning not to work anymore and I was afraid I'd have to get on a dose of strong NSAIDS from my doctor. I tried this as a last resort. After taking the pills for two weeks I didn't see any improvement and started to quit taking them but I figured I'd paid for the pills so I might as well continue on for a little while longer. After I'd been taking the pills for a month, I suddenly started to see a definite improvement. The pain and stiffness were getting much better and in addition, my range of motion was greatly improved. I couldn't bend my right elbow and touch my thumb to my shoulder before I started taking the pills -- I could only get my thumb to within about 3 incles from my shoulder and that was painful. Now I can touch my shoulder with my thumb. I couldn't bend my right wrist so that my palm was facing up, and now I can without any pain. I can once again lift my mattress up to change the sheets on the bed and I had gotten to where I couldn't do that anymore. I still have some stiffness in my right hand, wrist and elbow but it's nothing compared to what it was before starting to take the joint support pills, and the pain is basically gone. I started out taking three pills a day, and now I just take two. Don't get discouraged and give up on these pills after taking them for just a few weeks. Remember, it was a month before they started to work for me. I know they won't work for everyone but for the price of one bottle of them, it's worth a try.
