Can they have two colors of amber light and red light in one light?

No. Each type of light has only one color light-amber or red(NOT amber and red), but each light has two brightness levels(low and high).

Will different colored lenses change the color of the light?

No. The color of the lens only changes the appearance color and does not affect the light color. For example, if an amber light is replaced with a red lens, it will still be amber.
