Short base rail. I would see if they have larger one.. these would work if it’s a small cnc like a 2’x4’.

It appears to me that delta printers use a different styles slide. My first impression would be the answer is no. These components soul have to be placed side by side to see off modifications could be made to accept what your suggesting. I am not familiar with delta printers. I did however do a little research.
