Wax melted slowly the first time.
It's my first was machine. Introduction mentions it was digital, I am not sure what that means, because it does not seem like it had any digital feature. I've only used it once. I like it, but I felt the hard wax took too much time to melt. I will have to try it a few more times and figure out how to use it correctly. I like having 2 pots. I later realized that I can buy wax that is already in a pot and use it with this machine. Great for now. Works for my needs.

Good pot to start with
I work at European Wax Center and I’m used to big pots but to start with this is great, it really warms up to the point where you got a lower the temperature it’s good to keep a timer to not exceed the hotness because then you’re gonna have to wait longer for it to be moderate temperature to start the service waxing. Overall for the price it does the job
