Excellent service! I had an issue that was my fault and the owner stepped up and sent the parts I needed, no hesitation. He didn't have to, his company didn't do anything wrong, he just wants all of his customers to have a good experience, which I certainly did. Product works great too!

It bites
This thing is awesome for those of us who don't want to drill holes in the boat or if you want to take a fish finder on someone elses boat.... Be careful to keep the magnets away from each other because you will get pinched ...very powerful magnet ! I gave it four stars because it bit me...and kids should not play with these.

Cool concept
It’s easy to put together and easy to use but it really doesn’t hold well. My hull is fairly thick though. I have to remove it before I take off. Works fine while I idle around. I put it on a gator tail duck boat so I can move it above the water line if I’m going through really shallow brushy areas.

WORST customer service and WORST product ever. I bought the magnet which first is ridiculously over priced and then went out fishing. The magnet didn’t hold on at all and simply let go. I lost the outside piece in the water. I contacted the customer service with emails and phone calls, truly HORRIBLE customer service. I get NO REPLIES and they don’t stand for their PRODUCTS FAILURES. Shame on them, don’t buy this OVER PRICED JUNK!!!

Would work good on a small boat with a 10 hp motor ...
Seemed to work ok while fishing but I had it on an 18ft harbercraft jet boat ( aluminum). Wouldn’t stay on when moving at speed. It would keep falling off even though I had it folded up. Would work good on a small boat with a 10 hp motor maybe but not for what I needed

As advertised
This was skeptical about this at fist, but those magnets are very powerful. I have a sit-on-top "LifeTime Tamarack" fishing kayak and this has worked very well.

Keep it magnetic!
My buddy suggested I get this for my kayak! Man I'm glad I listened to him! No drilling no glue! Easy on easy off! Just keep your fingers clear! Ouch! Thanks again for making a great product! Mine is set up on a Ascend Kayak 12 works with my dragonfly perfect!
