This does NOT appear to contain the "pure" R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, otherwise it would be stated explicitly. This appears to be the "combo" version of R and S. The inclusion of the S-Alpha Lipoic Acid actually minimizes or even completely negates the potency of the R. NOTE: only Stabilized R-Alpha Lipoic Acid should be used, NOT just the R type alone. Due to its nature the R type will start to degrade DURING PRODUCTION unless it's stabilized with Sodium. The more you know ... 🤔
